Estimated Delivery Times

  1. Standard Shipping: 8–18 business days depending on your country and location.
  2. Express Shipping: 4–9 business days (customs delays may add 1–8 weeks).
  3. Order Processing: 1–4 business days for in-stock items, 5–10 days for customized items.

Non-Delivery, Abandonment, and Parcel Collection

  1. We are not responsible for stolen packages once marked as delivered by the courier.
  2. Orders cannot be cancelled or rerouted after 60 minutes of placement.
  3. Unclaimed parcels may be disposed of with no refund issued.
  4. Returned orders (due to incorrect address, unclaimed delivery) may take up to 6 months to process.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  1. Most EU orders do not incur customs fees if shipped within the EU.
  2. Orders shipped from outside the EU may be subject to VAT, duties, or handling fees.
  3. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with import laws.
  4. Unpaid customs charges may result in parcel destruction with no refund.
