Returns

  1. We accept returns within 90 days for eligible products.
  2. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all included contents.
  3. Earrings, socks, underwear, final clearance, mystery box, personalized and custom-made items are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping Process

  1. Email us to request an RMA number before sending returns.
  2. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
  3. We recommend a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost items.

Refunds

  1. Refunds are only given for damaged, incorrect, or DOA (Dead on Arrival) products.
  2. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photo or video proof.
  3. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective items.
  4. A 15% restocking fee applies to most returns.
  5. Refunds are processed via the original payment method after quality inspection (7–10 business days).

Exceptions

  1. No refunds for unclaimed, refused (except DOA), abandoned, stolen, or disposed parcels.
  2. Refund or replacement is not available if delivery is delayed due to natural disasters, strikes, or events beyond our control.
