Returns
- We accept returns within 90 days for eligible products.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all included contents.
- Earrings, socks, underwear, final clearance, mystery box, personalized and custom-made items are not eligible for return.
Return Shipping Process
- Email us to request an RMA number before sending returns.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost items.
Refunds
- Refunds are only given for damaged, incorrect, or DOA (Dead on Arrival) products.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photo or video proof.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective items.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to most returns.
- Refunds are processed via the original payment method after quality inspection (7–10 business days).
Exceptions
- No refunds for unclaimed, refused (except DOA), abandoned, stolen, or disposed parcels.
- Refund or replacement is not available if delivery is delayed due to natural disasters, strikes, or events beyond our control.
